How it Works…

We will schedule a (free) initial meeting (preferably over a good cup of coffee) to talk about YOUR goals, YOUR training timeframes, challenges, hopes & dreams. If we both decide this is a good athlete/ coach fit, I will develop a detailed training plan for you (no two training plans are ever the same, this is specific to YOU only) - one week at a time. You record workouts and give me feedback so I can put together your schedule for the upcoming week.

 

Over time, I will learn how YOUR body responds to specific workloads and program and adjust your training accordingly.

 
 
 
 

FAQ’s

  • I am not a fast runner, will this work for me?

    Absolutely! It doesn’t matter what your pace is - I can help you reach your goals (and make you faster)

  • What if I get injured or, sick, or busy so I can’t follow the program and miss workouts?

    This is where you NEED a coach instead of just following a program - I ADAPT YOUR program to what I just call LIFE - and together we will make decisions about how to best work through those issues. I have a lot of experience with helping runners return from injury.

  • Can I really contact you any time?

    YES. I expect my athletes to email or text me when things come up. There are times when it is actually better to skip a workout rather than push through it - I can help with these decisions. Also, you might have questions about workouts or about how to adjust them if something unexpected comes up!

  • What if I need a break from coaching due to life circumstances?

    Not a problem! I will put your account on hold - and save you a spot for when you return!
